Contact Guide Globe

Guide Globe is run by a small team that covers agentic AI news, tools, and research. This page lists the fastest ways to reach us for different kinds of messages. Pick the address that fits so your note lands in the right inbox and gets a useful reply.

General questions

For site feedback, account issues, broken links, or anything that does not fit the boxes below, email [email protected]. We aim to reply within two business days. If your message is time-sensitive, put a clear subject line such as “Urgent: correction request” so it stands out when the inbox is busy after a major launch week.

News tips

Building an agent product, releasing an open-source framework, or about to announce a round? Send the essentials to [email protected]. Useful tips include:

  • What shipped or what is changing, in one or two sentences
  • Links to the docs, demo, paper, or announcement page
  • Why it matters beyond the press release language
  • Any embargo date, if one exists, stated up front

We do not sign embargoes as a default. If you need one, ask before sending confidential material. Unsolicited NDAs slow coverage down more than they help, and we will not agree to terms we have not read carefully. A public demo link and a changelog are often enough for a first look.

If your product targets developers, include a free tier or sandbox invite when one exists. Hands-on time changes whether a story is a rewrite of the announcement or a piece with real testing notes.

Corrections

If an article has a factual error, email [email protected] with the article URL and the specific claim that looks wrong. Include a source link when you can. We verify, fix the piece, and note material corrections so later readers know what changed. Anonymous correction tips are fine when the evidence is solid.

Corrections are not the place for disagreements about tone or conclusions. If you want to argue an analysis point, send it as general feedback and we will consider a follow-up piece rather than rewriting a published opinion to match a single complaint.

Business and partnerships

Sponsorships, advertising, and partnership inquiries go to [email protected]. Tell us what you have in mind, the audience you are trying to reach, and any timing constraints. We will reply with availability and terms if there is a fit. We do not sell positive coverage or rewrite editorial conclusions for sponsors, and every paid placement is labeled for readers.

Media kits and traffic summaries are available on request for qualified advertisers. Please do not send large attachments on the first email; a link is easier for us to open on mobile.

Privacy requests

Questions about data we hold, cookie choices, or this site’s privacy policy can go to [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy”. Include enough detail for us to find your message or comment if you want it removed. We respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

What to expect

We read everything that is on topic. We cannot promise coverage of every product or paper. A clear, specific pitch with primary links has a better chance than a generic blast to a long media list. If we are not planning a story, we may not reply to every tip, but corrections and privacy requests always get a response.
